Once he realized that the root of many bodily dysfunctions was the fascia, or connective tissue, he delved into the study of MFR. Myofascial Release allowed Phil to overcome years of chronic pain and, simultaneously, assist his patients in their quests to resolve their pain and optimize their health and vitality.
