As a Recon Marine, Team Leader, Platoon Sgt., Drill Instructor, Logistics Specialist, and Instructor, he has had plenty of experience in training, motivating, and equipping members of the Armed Forces with what they needed, when they needed it and how they needed it.
He loves history (especially American History), writing, reading, fitness, and cherishes being an American citizen. He has been known to carry a copy of the Constitution of the United States and the Declaration of Independence in his pocket and absolutely loves to inform his family, friends, coworkers (and anyone else who will listen) about interesting facts and stories relating to the birth and development of the United States.
Dan continues to live his dream of writing books while working two jobs to support his family.
