He has been a member of many Christian groups such as the Scripture Union, PENSA, CASA, and Youth Redeemers Inc.
He hold certification in nursing as a Cardiac Care Technician and he practice by profession. In his quest to be an exemplary leader, Maxwell has handle various positions in his formal College in Ghana – W/A and notable among them are, The Secretary of PENSA ( 2010/2011), the Organizing Secretary of the Students Representative Council ( 2010/2011) and also the Public Relations Officer of Readers, Writers & Debaters Club for the 2010/2011 academic year.
