Married to Peter John Isbell, architect, born in the Isles of Scilly, England. Two stepsons, Mark and Richard, and half brother Ben. Four stepgrandchildren, Kyla, Kane, Matthew, and Zachary.

Josie Frazer was born and raised in the Cayman Islands. She has been a lover of art from a young age and has had this love encouraged by her father, a high school art teacher. She spent three years in the northeast of England, gaining a BA (hons.) in fine art at Northumbria University and is currently furthering her education at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, where she is following in her mother’s footsteps by studying for a master of arts in teaching in special education.
