I received a B.A. from Stanford in 1972 and a J.D. from the University of New Mexico in 1976. I taught at Lewis and Clark College's Law School in Portland, Oregon and then worked for the Israeli Environmental Protection Service in Jerusalem before settling in to practice law in New Mexico.
