These are two main conditions that are essential to attain......joy.After 15 years of having researched health and education, self development and spirituality, I am now convinced that there is no such thing as fatality and the only thing existing are the laws of nature and the laws of the universe, in which we really have disconnected from.But it is never too late, and even if it is difficult, at every moment in your life you have the choice to continue , or not. Life only consists of choices.In my books, I am sharing healthy and powerful common sense methods, which is that of simplicity and self sufficiency. These choices will give you health and joy. I really wish it for you.Don’t forget, we are all stardust, connected to invisible threads.
