After traveling overland from Istanbul to India, and later to Bali and the Far East, longing to know more about ancient Indian civilization and related Indo-European subjects, he earned his Ph.D. in French Language and Civilization from the University of Montpellier in 1986 with his dissertation, Anquetil-Duperon, sa place et son rôle dans la Renaissance Orientale, a work on the beginnings of Indian Studies in Europe during the 18th and 19th centuries. As a teacher of French and English as Foreign Languages, he has taught all over the world, in the East and West, for over 20 years. He has also taught yoga in Montpellier, France for five years. While living in Europe in the 90s, thanks to his worldwide travel experience in Asia, he became a handicraft salesman working in Antique Fairs throughout Central Italy, namely, Arezzo, Perugia, Fano, Ravenna, and Munich in Southern Germany. Finally, as a linguist, he is also fluent in French, Italian, Spanish and German. He now resides with his Taiwanese wife, Ching Ju, in Montreal, Canada where he spends his time writing books on yoga and his life as a traveling yogi.lihat lebih sedikit
