She grew up in the area with her parents and two brothers as the middle child. Today she has a family of her own with four children. Misty is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business and is working on her MBA at another institution.Misty has many hobbies, which include writing, reading, sewing, and graphic design. Her love of reading is what inspired her to become a writer. She has a few role models she looks up to for inspiration in her writing, one of which being her uncle, who is also a published author.Misty has been writing since high school, but recently picked back up the pen to release her first novel in her first series. Destiny of the Fae is her first book in her upcoming series, in which she plans to have six books. She started writing Destiny of the Fae in 2012 and finished it in 2015.
