She writes of tortured souls and dark pasts, of anti-heroes and brave heroines. Some might call her books disturbing, others might call them sexy. But while the journey may be filled with darkness, in the end, there is always light to be found.
When Iris isn't lost in the minds of her characters, or reading by kindlelight, you’ll likely find her playing with her dog, riding her horse, watching movies, or attempting to cook. She lives with her longtime lover in a little seaside town along the Southern California coast.
Iris has a few short stories out now and is finishing up her first novel, due out in 2017.
