He runs a Human Resources consultancy called Pretty Much People as well as being a part time organiser of an employers organisation.Andrew has been very effective in resolving thousands of conflicts and also has an exemplary track record of dispute resolution at the Commission for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration and several different bargaining councils.
