Kearney, Jr. was licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ohio, on August 4, 1976. Philip went on to attend Capital University Law School and graduated from the Evening Division with a Juris Doctor Degree in 1975. Philip F. Kearney, Jr. was sworn in as an Attorney and Counselor at Law in Ohio, on November 7, 1975.Philip worked as a Pizza Driver as the only job he could get.
