My great passion is to help people solve problems with their digital friends. I help and teach my clients, who include home, office users and corporate clients how to successfully deal with problems, and troubleshoot, software and hardware encountered in their daily lives, to feel safe and comfortable in surrounding digital environment.
I know that some prefer to entrust entirely prevention and removal of problems and damage to the other, but for those of you who are not afraid to look under the hood of their digital pet with a little help and patience together will eliminate any problem.
My educational background includes M.A. in Information and Communication Technologies and a Doctor in Computer systems and technology. I have a B.A. in Internet and Mobile Communications and Cisco Certified Architect (CCAr) certification.lihat lebih sedikit
