Taylor used to question how involved God was with daily life in today’s world. However, his doubts disappeared after he heard the Lord speak to him, prophesying that he would be given a full-ride collegiate scholarship. After graduating from DeSoto High School as the valedictorian, the first Black male to do so at this institution, Jalen attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas on the full-ride opportunity that the Lord promised him. He has since graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with Departmental Honors. He is now a valuation analyst at Value Management Group, LLC, which is a healthcare valuation and consulting firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. In addition to his degree field studies, Jalen was led by the Lord to also study science and Christianity, and upon the Lord’s request, he wrote this book using the information that he learned. Jalen currently resides in DeSoto, Texas and spends his free time with family and friends and watching his favorite sports teams: the Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Mavericks.
