After many years of body-weight obsession, calorie-counting and a relentless focus on her imperfections, she realized there’s no such thing as the perfect body, and the only way to truly love our bodies is to first love who we are. This was the first step on a life-changing journey of self-discovery based on nutrition, fitness, and good mental, emotional and spiritual health. Today, she knows her body is her vehicle, not her identity, and she has developed the Body Love toolbox to help separate body size from self-worth.
