She has traveled and/or been invited to conferences in Georgia, Louisiana, Greece, Germany, France, Brazil, Finland, Korea, Spain, Argentina, and Italy. She has presented at the following local venues: Montgomery Public Library, Red Bank MB Church, The Capital City Club of Montgomery, WSFA TV Live, The Alabama Book Festival, Alabama State University Booked on Heritage Program, Alabama Democratic Conference, Selma Jubilee; and other places where her book was presented are the Lawrence County Library.
