I grew up in North Dakota and I served in the USAF for five years. I have two grown children and eight grandchildren and live with my wife and three cats on a ranch in Eastern WA.
On the natural health side, I focus on the many benefits of cannabis as a medicine and as a resource. There is definitely a recreational side but we are all using it for medicine whether we realize it or not. My website and blog are listed here.
