Since 1996, his work has been with church, government, and community leaders in Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, Uganda, Congo, and South Sudan. A graduate of Harvard College, Union Theological Seminary, and Luther Theological Seminary, Dr. Rouner served as a Congregational minister for 40 years.
