Antonio E. Cheeks is an author, speaker, certified life coach and wellness expert. He is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Light University. Antonio has more than 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, and has mentored consumers and fitness professionals on the power of merging their life, health and wealth.
Antonio has been featured as a fitness expert for Voice of America TV, The Washington Post and ABC News Channel 8 Sports Talk. He is an eight-time Top Performance Winner in fitness management. He's also been the keynote speaker for several businesses and government agencies.
His passion for health and fitness was born out of his experience as an independent healthcare and insurance broker. During this juncture in his career, he noticed that many of his potential clients could not get coverage or they were charged an extremely high price for the coverage, primarily because of pre-existing health conditions.
Antonio noticed that many consumers were not aware that their overall health played a major part in their purchasing power. Therefore, his goal is to empower and educate people about the benefits of staying fit and healthy, which is the true affordable health care solution.
Antonio is known to bring out the best in people by providing a clear action message through education, motivation and a realistic viewpoint.
