He graduated from Conway (Arkansas) High School and Philander Smith College in Little Rock, Arkansas. He has been married for forty-three years to Barbara Evon Alexander Boone.
He was a management employee in telecommunications for thirty years, retiring from Verizon in 2003. He was the visionary and owner of Heavenly MesQory Restaurant and other small businesses.
In 1985, he moved to West Texas for career purposes and to learn to trust God. He is a founding member of the Jesus Christ Church in Ballinger, Texas, where he serves as the church’s overseer. He also cofounded Resurrection Anointed Ministries International (RAM) and the Trip Depot Reach Out Impact Service.
Theo Boone is a servant of God, equipping and building up the body of Christ to do the work of the ministry. He has been involved in Mission ministry to Africa and South America. His present focus is “Local Mission” outreach beyond the walls and into the community.
