He and his wife have lived in Rockaway Township, N.J. since 1983, and have raised their three children there. Mr. Bertos has coached all three children in various sports programs for a total of 19 years. He is the physical education teacher at St. Cecilia School in Rockaway Boro, N.J., and has taught there since 1991.
