Her book, Positive Forces in Healing, is the accumulation of years of "living the lifestyle" and described as her mission to declare the importance of nature and living in harmony with it. Her joys in life are in the simplistic ways of living and in teaching others how to improve their health. She uses her knowledge in order to form a unique view of what our current health care system is missing and how it can be improved by implementing even the most basic natural health principles. Dr. McNiel obtained her education at numerous colleges across America and divulges this wisdom to others as it comes from her heart. Her approach to nature, herbal medicine, and inspirational teachings are dynamic.
Over the years, she has mastered knowledge in many fields of healing from alternative healing therapies to conventional medical practices. Since 1996, Dr. Lana McNiel, has maintained a full functioning practice in Frankenmuth, MI, known as Body Therapy - The Alternative Healing Center. Lana continues her research methods in healing cancer and destructive disorders and diseases. While still finding time to teach in seminars and conferences across America. Her philosophy is taken from the word of God, "We perish for a lack of knowledge," Hosea 4:6. She states, "If we obtain knowledge on the positive forces in getting well then we will heal naturally and turn pain into joy."
