Ron and his wife, Betty, married fifty-five years, have three children, eight granddaughters, and seven great grandchildren.
Janice Havard, a Texan, resides in Plano where she retired from Plano schools as an elementary principal. She holds a doctorate in elementary education and educational psychology. Publications include "Allergies and Learning Disabilities" in the JOURNAL OF LEARNING DISABILITIES, A HISTORY OF PRACTICAL PARENT EDUCATION, and A HISTORY OF HENDRICK ACADEMY.
