At a very young age Elizabeth had the opportunity to become a victim of her traumatic circumstances but instead she chose to use them as a huge catalyst for personal transformation which has culminated in her writing this book. Elizabeth has the best qualification imaginable "real life experience". She has also studied extensively many varied forms or transformational therapies from NLP, to Reiki to Hypnosis and the more adventurous Firewalking.
