I began writing poems in junior high. It was a way for me to let out my thoughts but keep them to myself.
Being the only child helped me accomplish most of my poems. I had more time to myself, probably more than I wanted. I never really saw myself as an author until people told me that my material was really good.
Growing up in the Chicago area gave me reason to explore my writings even more; being in a big market city gave me a reason to stay home. It taught me a lot from hanging in the streets to finally having God in my life and trying to be more positive to myself and people around me.lihat lebih sedikit
