Rivera is President and Founder of Abundant Life Revival Ministry in Brownstown PA, which has includes two churches, the La Primera Iglesia Hispana de Brownstown, PA and Iglesia Cristiana Vida Abundante in Smoketown, PA both in Lancaster County. He completed his theological studies, at the College of Theological Education Ministerial in Bayamon, Puerto Rico, where he earned a PhD, in Pastoral Counseling. Ordained in the Ministry, as Reverend, presently a Dean at the University of CFTM Inc., director of the Bible Institute in the PA region for the Council of Christian Churches Freed by Jesus Christ from the Bronx, New York, who presides Apostle Vargas José Crespo.
He married with Delsy Rivera in 2003, who is co-founder and currently a Minister ordered to a full ministry through the Council Reverend LPJ Inc.
The Pastor Jose has fathered five children, Cristy, Aisha, Isaiah, Jessica and Liz Bett Rivera. In addition also a grandfather of two precious girls named Dalila and Mia.
