He is a native of the Bahamas and is the son of Samuel Johnson (deceased) and Ms. Maud Dorcas Stubbs. Apostle Johnson is married to the former Terrah L. Rolle, and together they have been blessed with five beautiful children-Zoe, Rachel, Sarah, Benjamin, and David. Apostle Johnson lives in Nashville, Tennessee and is in partnership with his wife in their ministry and company called, ‘Just Breathe Ministries, LLC’ . He and his wife are the God-appointed leaders of this conference-style world outreach ministry.
Apostle Kevin Johnson has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theology, with a minor in Pastoral Studies. He graduated ‘Magna Cum Laude’ from the American Baptist Theological Seminary in 1997, with two ‘Who’s Who’ Among Students In American Universities & Colleges. He also received special recognition for outstanding service by Governor Don Sundquist, a former Governor of the State of Tennessee, on January 15th, 1997.
Apostle Johnson believes that God, by His Holy Spirit, has given spiritual gifts and physical talents to His people of faith. However, it is the responsibility of these people of faith to use His gifts and talents for the expressed purpose of promoting the Gospel of Jesus Christ, strengthening the Church, and affecting the sinful world with the miraculous power of God. According to Apostle Johnson, these spiritual gifts and physical talents should not be used for the promotion of human egos or for making God’s servants into objects of worship. His spiritual philosophy can be summed up in this simple statement: “In order for any life to have a good end, it must be lived by and through the power and presence of the Holy Spirit!”
