Following military service he received a BA degree from the University of Colorado and later an MA from Eastern New Mexico University. After graduating from college he entered the US Foreign Service with assignments in Prague, Curacao and Calcutta.
Metal is married and has been a resident of New Mexico since 1962. He retired from the New Mexico Department of Labor in 1989 after 23 years service and currently resides in Cochiti Lake, New Mexico.lihat lebih sedikit
