She is one of a family of eleven (eight girls, three boys) and emigrated to London when young, returning to Mayo twenty-one years later.
Maggie works with children and adults with special needs and is chairperson and founder of the Thomasadam Charity, which enables children and adults with special needs and people with long-term illness travel on pilgrimage to Medugorje annually. Maggie also runs a voluntary respite. Apart from writing poetry and short stories, Maggie works voluntarily with people on a spiritual basis, through God and Our Lady and the Holy Saints and Holy Angels.lihat lebih sedikit
