Mexican writer with a dream. The dream of triumphing as a neurotic and mostly harmless sociopath.
I have a highly privileged life, but considering that I bitch about everything, I write dark, depressive and surprisingly violent books, featuring, mostly, whiny children who complain about everything and everyone ― but with a homicidal rage that can get triggered at any time.
As you can see, I know what people likes... *innocent, but definetly evil laugh*
I am highly influenced by Stephen King (I consider him my writing school and I'm not sorry about it), Clive Barker, Patrick Rothfuss, Laini Taylor and Arthur C. Clarke. And it does not bother me that the influences within my books are as brazen as the cynicism of this bio.
I like Trance music. A lot. Chicane's music helped me to conceive a complete book. More recently I have become a fan from hell of Synthwave, and as I said before, it has been the music of The Midnight that has helped me to conceive more stories.
Finally, the anime. Yes, I love 90's and early two tousand's anime. But, basically, Neon Genesis Evangelion has been so elementary for me, that I consider it as my bible (I have two tattoos that allude to Evangelion, I mean...).

Tengo una vida altamente privilegiada, pero en vista de que soy un quejumbroso, escribo novelas de temática oscura, depresiva y sorpresivamente violenta, que son protagonizadas, en su mayoría, por niños llorones que se quejan de todo y de todos ―pero con una ira homicida que puede detonarse en cualquier momento.
Como ven, sé lo que le gusta a la gente. *se ríe inocente, pero en definitiva maléficamente*
Estoy altamente influenciado por Stephen King (lo considero mi escuela de escritura y no lo lamento), Clive Barker, Patrick Rothfuss, Laini Taylor y Arthur C. Clarke. Y no me molesta en que las influencias dentro de mis libros sean tan descaradas como el cinismo de esta biografía.
Me gusta la música Trance. Mucho. La música de Chicane me ayudó a concebir un libro completo. Más recientemente me he vuelto un fan asido del Synthwave, y como lo anterior dicho, ha sido la música de The Midnight la que me ha ayudado a concebir otras tantas historias.
Por último, el anime. Sí, me encanta mucho el anime de los noventas y de principios del milenio. Pero, básicamente, Neon Genesis Evangelion ha sido tan elemental para mí, que lo considero como mi biblia (tengo dos tatuajes que aluden a Evangelion, o sea...).lihat lebih sedikit
