He now works with clients and organizations on 5 pillars of health; Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Mindfulness, Mind Set. Dr. Parsley has had the benefit of learning from and training with some of the most elite thought leaders—in the fields of health and performance. However, after thousands of hours of personal research/training, and nearly a decade of clinical implementation of his personal approach to optimizing health and performance, Dr. Parsley now believes more strongly than ever that not only is sleep the most underutilized performance and health improving tool that we possess, it is also the least understood, and least excepted by society.
