In her late-teens, Georgie was diagnosed with a rare brain disorder, which changed everything. Although she continues to face many obstacles, Georgie considers herself lucky – to be creative, to be alive and to be surrounded by such great people.
She is currently penning another book, which she hopes will become her debut novel, and continues to work on raising awareness of illness and disability, mental health, bullying and so on.
