In just one year he has published and released five books and with the year drawing to a close, he looks to close out the year strong with another couple under his belt. From social practices such as running an online writing camp for the next generation to his new blog entitled I’m Just Saying you can always find him doing something in the creative arts aspects.
Although he may be new to the book writing scene he is no stranger to dazzling the world with words which can be traced back to his earlier days where he competed against writers sometimes five to ten years older than him. Long ago are the days of writing in a composition notebook in Shreveport, LA trying to win the next big contest, he is looking forward to the challenges of becoming one of the nation’s best sellers. With a bevy of talent in the urban book section what sets Leland apart is his eye for attention to detail. Right, when you think you know where the story is about to go he suddenly pulls the rug from under you leaving you wondering what really happened. With every page you can follow along as the passion from his pen begins to bleed on the paper leaving the audience spellbound.
