She is an Afghanistan combat veteran and the recipient of the French National Defense Medal. Rena holds a master’s degree in nursing and is a board-certified adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner. Currently, Rena is fighting the COVID Crisis for European Command as a Joint Operations Officer.A portion of the proceeds of this book will be donated to Racing for Heroes to support their ongoing effort to provide health/wellness programs, educational opportunities and community outreach programs.
