After graduating from the University of Tampa, she went to work in the zoological education department at Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay. It was here where she was able to share her passion of animals with children.
During her time at the zoo, she also became a yoga instructor and found a deep love for this strong and quiet practice. She taught a variety of yoga but was strongly drawn to prenatal, Mommy and Me, and toddler classes. Having children embrace their yoga practice and make it such a positive aspect of their early childhood development is a goal she wants to make accessible to children all over the world. After having a family of her own, the inspiration for My Little Yoga was born. She is a devoted wife and mom to her own family of monkeys.lihat lebih sedikit
