He has lived on four continents so far, and is married and a proud father and grandfather. He remains a keen and competitive crewman on racing yachts whenever possible.
Hugh has been a coach since before it was labelled coaching. He has worked with senior executives and Boards, young people at risk, community projects, lectured in a college of education, owned an award winning pre-school nursery, was NATO's leadership coach, mentored with Women on Boards, founded 4 companies, coached start-ups and young entrepreneurs in Hong Kong, and is a volunteer coach with Hire A Hero in the UK. His current mission is to create a coaching culture and skills in schools everywhere.
