Born in Norfolk, England to a British Army Warrant Officer (WO2) and a German mother, he travelled extensively throughout his childhood as the result of his father's military posting's.

Locations like Hong Kong, Germany, Scotland and England were quite the experience but he finally made his home in Brisbane, Australia in 1974 as a fully qualified automotive mechanic.
After a few odd job placements he desired to travel and see the vast countryside selling encyclopedia.
Back in Brisbane, in 1979 he met his future wife of 36 years! With Rose he began to start his family in 1982 and his own business in 1983 which he is still running today, albeit semi-retired.
With some extra time available for leisure, some of his hobbies included Rally Car racing, Speedway racing, Scuba diving and Sport shooting.
Now, beginnig the next chapter of his life as an author of which commenced the birth of ORACLE INDUSTRIES.. the series.
