After developing iron deficiency, Barbara wanted to learn more about
nutrition to help re-gain her health and enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition® where she learned over a hundred different dietary theories. Using this knowledge, she enjoys spreading the word about eating the right food, exercising and creating balance to live a healthy lifestyle. She is passionate about helping people get healthy and stay healthy.
