She understands and deeply cares because she has been through these same debilitating feelings, much of which stem from how she spent her time. She has experienced anxiety from trying to please everyone in her life and depression from not allowing time for herself.
Before she wrote "It's Time Flourish Now" Kristi set out on a journey to investigate what is the best possible use of time. Interestingly enough, there are plenty of books on how to budget and invest money, but very few if any, on how to budget and invest time. Along the way she discovered a way tool she calls the "Test of Time" that clarifies what to do with time so you can live a life of meaning, purpose and fulfillment.
The name Kristi means "Believer in Christ" and you will find her work to incredibly inspirational, motivational and filled with hope.
