Raising four boys, she tested hundreds of different cleaning, laundering, bleaching, stain and odor removal and other household products and remedies. She was not satisfied to "go green" without "real clean". she has been a tough customer for many so-called "green" products. In recent years Ms. Mundt has turned her attention to research and writing in the areas of natural living, sustainable practices and inner exploration.
