It was the day before the U.S. air strike on Yugoslavia. The day this author visited the senior leader who had the most influence regarding this decision happened to be the day before the action. This author's visit to NATO HQ Commander LTG at Brussels, Belgium was purely to perform his chaplain role as moral advisor.
