Having been on the edge of burnout many times in the past as a personal trainer, she became passionate about helping others self-restore and thrive physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Using her 20 years' worth of experience
in fitness, holistic health and well-being, she founded her company to help others live healthier, happier and more fulfilled lives.
Along the way, she has helped thousands of people from all over the world and all walks of life. These include members of the Saudi Royal Family, celebrities, business leaders, new mothers and teenagers. She works with her clients one-on-one or in group settings either face-to-face or virtually, runs group workshops and events and works on local and international retreats.
Francesca has also featured in the local London news and on national radio. Her loves are dark chocolate, trawling vintage markets and travelling.
