Berlin used his skills, education, and leadership training to work as a policy maker and educator, fueling his mission to teach community empowerment. He wanted people to identify and own their personal and collective power. He believed that our greatest strength lies within us and supersedes what any one public figure could do, no matter how charismatic they were or who appointed them to be the leader.
