He gained his post-graduate medical qualifications (Anaesthetics and Intensive Care Unit (ICU)) in London and in the Republic of Ireland. He worked in the NHS (National Health Service) when he came to the UK. He has nothing but praise for the NHS.
In addition to his medical qualifications, he has wide general interests. His overall general knowledge, especially in the field of science, is particularly commendable. He has an analytical, logical, unbiased, evidence-based and honest approach to various issues and thus sometimes differs widely from the well-established beliefs.
In addition to this book, the author has written another fact-based fiction novel, Raisham, which has already been published.
