A graduate of UC Berkeley's English and Philosophy departments, Eric has honed the art of observation and has taught himself to articulate to himself and to others what intrigues him about the relationship between language and movement. Fascinated by the idea of beauty and the experience of beauty itself, Eric has spent years trying to discover the common ground between all performance (physical and linguistic). Achieving certification and gaining valuable experience across different categories of movement (weightlifting, martial arts, gymnastics, and so on), he noticed there is and has always been a universal language of movements that produce equally beautiful performance. His life's work has been to try and simplify the revelation that beauty is in fact not an object itself, but the result of the convergence between language and movement. His relentless pursuit to do away with the gatekeeping of elite level coaching and performance and to highlight that beauty is commonly accessible to anyone who achieves convergence has culminated in this project, The Cosmic Mover.lihat lebih sedikit
