of the United States, South African Deputy President, Argentinian, Kyrgyzstan, and Slovenian heads of state to prestigious universities and colleges.
Dr. Vanderwood is the recipient of five Meritorious Service medals, the USAF's prestigious Lance P. Sijan Leadership Award, and the Excellence in Federal Government Leader of the Year Award.
