Elaine graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Nursing, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and had a 23-year career in public health for the City of Cincinnati. Their family circle includes two daughters and two sons, their spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren plus a large extended family.
