Les is a certified personal professional fitness trainer/coach, motivational speaker, wellness professor, and business owner. He is the founder/CEO of "BEYOND THE WORKOUT”: A Les Daley’s personal fitness and wellness studio. This fitness studio is designed to train, coach, educate, empower, and motivate individuals to be their best at their own individual level of fitness and wellness; physically, mentally and spiritually. Les holds a degree in Physical Education and Sciences from the International Association/Maritime University of Adaptive Sciences. He also holds several fitness certificates from the American Council of Exercise (A.C.E.) and also I.F.P.A. Les has also trained at many gyms including The Zoo Health Club, world’s Gym, and his most recent “Just Fit Gym”, where he was the Manager of Personal Training. His clientele included many business owners, community leaders, film actors, children and adults of all ages and abilities. Les has transformed and saved many lives through fitness. His knowledge of fitness, his charismatic personality, and integrity has also taken him into the limelight including appearances on DECO DRIVE, CHANNEL 7 NEWS, TBN CHANNEL 45, and several coverage in the SUN SENTINEL. He has been involved in the training of actors and actresses in the Hollywood film industry. His most recent client was Sloan, the tennis player, training sessions was conducted with strengthening tools of Excel Sports Performance In addition to his personal training Les have conducted workshops and seminars at many churches, non-profit organizations and corporations such as: American Express, Motorola, University of Fort Lauderdale, The Faith Center, Quantum Marine, and at his very own Annual Faith Based “FITNESS TO WITNESS CONFERENCE". He has also presented and provided fitness training in Chicago conference of Jolinda Wade, mother of Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade. Les is committed to spreading the word on “Fitness and Wellness”, and is available to speak at special occasions for churches, schools, colleges, universities, non-profit organizations, small companies, and corporations.
