She graduated with a B.A in Psychology from Pace (1981) and with an M.S. from the Lienhard School of Nursing (1983). She teaches physical assessment to nursing students at Mount Saint Mary College, is a Second Degree Reiki practitioner, holistic/ integrative health & stress management consultant, the author of two books, (Marcy and Her Friends and Tales of The Soil) and offers workshops on a variety of topics.
