Mahnaz dedicates this book to her loving father, Amir-Hossein Mirkhond-Chegini; for he taught her how to be "Evergreen" and to never give up. She has worked as a teacher, counsellor and fitness instructor, Arriba Fitness creator, mindfulness meditation instructor, and energy healer. She has formed a specialty in Autism and learning disabilities, and currently works as a teacher and educational consultant in Toronto.
