He graduated in the Baltimore City public school system. He began his teaching career in 1995 as a welding instructor for Anne Arundel Community College in Maryland. Believing God had a divine plan for my life that included ministering to young adults as an educator. Being grounded in the values taught from home and simultaneously, never losing sight of where I came during my life’s journey. All of these components helped me to provide an education for students who were at a cross roads in their life. I never forget that TV commercial thirty years ago that motivated me to learn skills as a welder. Welders made a good living building ships and aircrafts. I would soon learn that it just wasn’t about the money. It was about giving back the skills I learned to someone else. Teaching students became a major part of my career in life. The road has not been easy learning how to teach. However, one of the most important things I learned was, “I can do all things in Christ who strengthens me.”lihat lebih sedikit
